1. RF Network Engineers
| Qualifications: |
|
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 1-2 years in cellular/telco interconnect/traffic engineering or related job experience, or a related technical degree with 4+ years experience in wireless communications.
• Familiarity with CDMA, GSM, and TDMA technologies
• Basic understanding of one or more areas of engineering such as: RF design and optimization, network design, switching, microwave, ancillary services.
• Accustomed to liaising with senior management regarding pertinent issues
• Ability to travel extensively and internationally
• Must possess strong technical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous individual that is motivated and is a team player. |
2. Senior RF Network Engineers
| Qualifications: |
|
• Must have a minimum of three years of RF Network Design experience and optimization field experience is also required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 3 plus years in cellular/telco interconnect/traffic engineering or related job experience, or a related technical degree with 4+ years experience in wireless communications. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications degree is preferred.
• Familiar with CDMA, GSM, and TDMA technologies
• Experienced in responding to system malfunctions and performing preventative inspections as well as recommending parameter changes to enhance cell site/ base station operation
• Accustomed to liaising with senior management regarding pertinent issues
• Ability to travel extensively and internationally
• Must possess strong technical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous individual that is motivated and is a team player. |
