| Chindakorn Tuchinda,Ph.D |

Dr. Chindakorn Tuchinda received his B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, USA. His extensive experiences involve both several domestic and international telecommunication projects not only in wireless technologies but also wireline technologies. He was working with Shinawatra Satellite PLC., where he was one of key personals of the Thaicom I and II projects, the first Thailand National Satellite project. He was also an Assistant Professor at the telecommunication program, Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand, conducting several academic researches in telecommunication network simulation projects including mobile networks and broadband networks. He held several positions as affiliated faculty and guest lecturer in a number of universities in Thailand such as AIT, Kasetsart University, Sirithorn Institute of Technology, and Rangsit University. In the mobile communication, he has been involving from the early stage of mobile communication network development in Thailand since the establishment of the analog NMT system to GSM network and CDMA20001x and now evolving to the 3G network and CDMA2000 EV-DO network. He was also working several years in Ericsson as a Vice President of Ericsson (Thailand) and General Manager of network planning department of Nippon Ericsson K.K., Japan before joining Mobicrat Co.Ltd. as the Managing Director. |

Missy Tuchinda received B.S. in computer system and information management from Oklahoma State University and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University. Her Master Thesis title “A Kalman Filter Approach to Multivariate Statistical Process Control” has received the 1st place Graduate Research Award for excellence in thesis research in the master’s level from Institute of Industrial Engineers in USA. She was also a PhD. Candidate in Industrial Engineering at Oklahoma State University. Miss Missy was working in the management position for CP, Ericsson (Thailand), and Kasikorn Bank PLC before founded Mobicrat Co. Ltd. Miss Missy is currently working as Finance Director of Mobicrat Co.Ltd. |
| KAWINA KITKUMHANG |

Miss Kawina Kitkumhang received her B.Eng. in Industiral Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok and M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operation Research from University of California at Berkeley. Her experience includes Information technology and telecommunications project management. Miss Kawina was working with Kasikorn Bank where she has played a managerial role in several information management projects. She has been working with Mobicrat since the company establishment driving and managing several projects of network optimization for both GSM and CDMA operators in Thailand. She has also worked with several wireless operators and vendors such as AIS, BFKT, Alcatel, Ericsson, and Huawei Technologies. Miss Kawina is currently working as Marketing and Sale Manager of Mobicrat. Co.Ltd. |
| WARAKORN ANGKAPAIBOONSAKUL |

Warakorn had his B.E. in Electrical Engineering and M.S. in Information Technology from Kasetsart Universisty, Thailand. He has over 8 years of telecommunications business professional experience. His past experience includes network design and optimization of both GSM network. He has involved in several domestic and international major projects and with several vendors and operators in many countries such as AIS, TA Orange, Ericsson, Alcatel Costa Rica, Alcatel Philippines, and Siemens. Mr.Warakorn is currently working as Solution Manager of Mobicrat Co.Ltd.
